Owners choose pulls. Hardware failures come from hinges and slides, and those are chosen by the shop long before anyone visits a showroom.
Undermount full-extension slides with integrated soft-close are the only type we install in primary spaces. They hide entirely, they carry more than side-mount hardware, and their soft-close mechanism is serviceable without removing the box.
Specify hardware from a manufacturer with a documented 20-year parts programme. A discontinued slide means replacing every drawer in a run to keep the action consistent.
